Our development proposal seeks to maximize the use and community impact of Donati Immobiliare Group’s site on Fish Island. We are proposing a mix of ground and basement commercial space which provides a use that maintains the flourishing culture of creative industry that been established in the area, together with well-appointed industrial style residential units on the upper floors of the development. We intend to build to a standard of accommodation that is not market led, but is bespoke to the needs of residents of the area. Our building will reflect the local robust industrial design through its use of materials and innovative architecture. The overriding objective of the proposal is to create a high quality sustainable mixed use development that makes more efficient use of currently underutilised ‘brownfield’ land in a manner that sets the standard for development in this part of Fish Island.
