Collina del Sole is a new-build residential and mixed use development project in the Guidonia Montecelio suburb of Rome. It is located on a hill overlooking the local countryside (hence its name which means “Sunny Hill”) and consists of a mixture of apartment blocks and single family homes. Some of the apartment blocks contain retail units to serve this new community; all contain underground parking. Collina del Sole is currently 50% complete; the next phase of construction will take place in 2017.
