Who We Are
Donati Immobiliare Group is a family-led real estate developer and investor operating between Rome, London and New York. We acquire, reimagine and deliver residential and mixed-use properties where architectural quality is the primary driver of long-term value.
Our teams sit across development, design management, construction and asset strategy — which means a single point of accountability from the first feasibility study to the handover of keys. We are deliberately selective: fewer projects, held to a higher standard.

Each of our projects is designed according to exacting standards of design quality. Our Italian heritage and background permit nothing less than perfection.

We don't condone cutting corners. All our projects are finished to the highest level, with minute attention to detail. Whilst different projects in different areas demand different detailing, their quality is a constant.
Serving the community
Our developments are envisioned to add value to the local community, both aesthetically and through their use upon completion. We design all our projects so that they may enrich the surrounding area.
Protecting the environment
We comply to the highest environmental standards as a matter of course. In the UK, we register all our sites with the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) and design for BREEAM standards on new build schemes.
Flawless execution from start to finish
In order to confidently meet our delivery standards, we have vertically integrated the development and construction roles within our structure. Donati Immobiliare Group acts as builder-developer on the majority of its projects. Construction is managed by Donati Costruzioni in the UK and Donati SPA in Italy, our group's construction companies with nearly 40 years' experience in the industry.
Our History
Donati Immobiliare Group was founded in 2012 in Rome. It was set up as the development arm of Donati SPA, an established Italian construction company focusing on residential, commercial, infrastructure and restoration work. DIG’s mandate was to manage all of Donati’s Italian development projects, and to expand its business overseas. In doing so, DIG has leveraged Donati SPA’s extensive construction experience in order to vertically integrate the process. This has been further supported in the UK via the establishment of Donati Costruzioni UK, our UK based contractor.
In 2013, Donati Immobiliare Group set up its US presence, Donati Immobiliare USA Corp.
In 2014, it acquired controlling stakes in a high end condo development in TriBeCa (NYC), 403 Greenwich.
That same year, Donati Immobiliare UK Ltd. was founded in London.
In early 2015 DIG acquired its first UK project, 100 Camp Road, a high end residential development in Gerrards Cross.
Later that year, DIG acquired the land at 1 Beachy Road, Fish Island (Hackney Wick, London), a scheme for mixed commercial and residential use.
