Construction work starts on new residential development in New York

NEW YORK, US – August 2015 In partnership with Colonnade Group, Donati Immobiliare Group (DIG), an Italian-born international development company, has started construction at its new build residential development in TriBeCa, New York.

Located on Greenwich Street between Beach and Hubert, the 1,350 sq m scheme will comprise four large residential units, including three duplexes and one penthouse quadriplex, in a 9-storey condominium building. The apartments will be designed to the highest standard using the finest Italian materials throughout.

Angelica Donati, CEO of DIG, comments: “TriBeCa is often considered one of the best places to live in New York and for good reason. It benefits from some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, schools and architecture, with some of the finest examples of industrial buildings. We’re therefore pleased to be working in such an exciting neighbourhood and to see construction start at one of our newest developments.”

Completion is expected at the end of 2016.
