Donati Immobiliare Group and Donati SPA are developing a residential block with underground parking within the Tor Pagnotta Due urban regeneration project. This project entails the construction of a new neighbourhood in the Fonte Laurentina area of Rome. Enabling works (infrastructure, schools, roadworks) are currently being carried out by the Tor Pagnotta Due consortium on behalf of participating developers. Phase 2 (residential development) is slated to commence imminently.
